When I turn the volume all the way down to zero, the music still comes out the earphones at full blast and not the speakers but when I turn up the volume, the music plays out the earphones and the speakers. When I plug in earphones, the sound plays through both the speakers and the earphones. It's the one with the camera in the back. I've been experiencing the same problem with my iPod.
Okay, none of these answers are helping me at all.
